DescriptionRegional Sales Director sought for targeted business development, mentoring, and coaching in Canada for Mohawk, a commercial sales business unit. Responsibilities include business development, mentoring, coaching, and ensuring sales activities align with regional strategies and objectives. Requirements include a four-year college degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and 5-7 years of related work experience. Key skills include excellent verbal and written communication, learning and maintaining knowledge of a company's business and product lines, and maintaining professionalism in all situations. Up to 50% travel is expected for trade shows, customer visitation, and team meetings. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of Mohawk products, distribution options, sales strategies, and/or programs.
