- The Regional Director is responsible for the optimizing / refining, and implementing practices that will lead to sales growth for the company, and each individual advisor. For the company, this includes increasing the performance of each tier of advisor already in the company, and also recruiting productive and or coachable realtors from outside rennie, who align with the company’s core values.

**Duties and Responsibilities**- Collaborates and connects with advisors on a regular basis to construct well-defined, strategic business plans that drive sales growth to enable personal and business goals.-
- Collaborates with sales leadership to refine sales strategies, ensuring they align with market trends, company objectives and values-
- Provides tailored one-on-one and group coaching sessions to sales advisors to improve their sales techniques, customer relationship management, and overall effectiveness while overcoming common challenges-
- Creates a secure, trusted and confidential environment and establishes an open line of communication with advisors to encourage feedback and improvement, and provide constructive feedback and guidance-
- Provides guidance and feedback on innovative growth ideas and sales/customer service strategies to positively impact sales and company culture and vision-
- Motivates, enables and hold advisors advisors accountable to take action on significant initiatives and overcome challenges through facilitation of professional growth and personal development conversations-
- Stays updated on the latest sales tools, technologies, and methodologies, and train sales professionals on their effective use-
- In collaboration with Sales Operations, creates training programs, workshops and materials to address bottlenecks-
- Creates and conducts regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement, and use data-driven insights to tailor coaching strategies-
- Implements and reinforces referral partnerships programs and relationships across geographic regions-
- Understands Sales Operations systems and process, including conveyancing and compliance, to be able to coach to rennie standards and best practices-
- Provides assistance to all advisors during and after “regular business hours”-
- Promotes the use of R spaces by advisors for presentations (listing and buyers), seminars, client meetings, agent drop in hours, and MMC.-
- Assists with the recruitment, selection and onboarding of advisors-
- Represents rennie at industry related events and functions-
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Leadership**Education and Experience**- Education in a related field to real estate-
- Real Estate license under the BC Real Estate Services Act-
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a managing broker, or 5 years at Medallion level sales along with additional professional designation related to sales.-
- 5 years of management experience or experience leading and coaching others**Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**- Strong knowledge of local real estate market with experience operating in and/or managing an office in other geographical areas such as the Sea to Sky corridor, Vancouver Island and the Fraser Valley an assetCollaborative, creative, flexible, and innovative team player with an ability to work effectively with peers, senior leaders, and key stakeholders-
