About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our strategic operations in Canada. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 people, overseeing regional sales operations, and planning, directing, and evaluating the activities of sales departments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, organizing, training, and managing staff
  • Assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs
  • Leading/instructing groups
  • Providing customer service
  • Coaching
  • Managing events
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years or more of experience in sales and management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Flexibility and a willingness to relocate
