Exceptional communication skills, strong client focus, and a proven track record in sales are essential to the success of this position.You will be contributing to that vision by…Qualification of sales leads obtained from various sources (online requests, trade shows, webinars, industry associations).Make initial phone contact with customers to discuss their needs and introduces our services, quote opportunities, build and maintain ongoing relationships and increases business with customer over time.Follow up on sales leads and where viable create and assign next steps created within CRM.Customer acquisition by telephone, online calls and/or other actions like webinars and online exhibitions.Provide excellent customer service to all accounts and timely follow-up to customer’s requests.Work closely with Operations to secure new business.Consistent follow up of all transportation proposals with potential new clients.Assist in new market, trade lane/sales campaign or vertical opportunities.Communication with overseas offices to ensure international and customer requirements are met.Existing client portfolio development analysis and control of Shipping Cuts (lost clients).Autonomous management of customer complaints and incidents.Maintaining all sales associated activities and KPIs (contact reports, opportunities) within identified portfolio.Analysis of customer related data and appropriate follow up action, ensuring high data quality (SUGAR system, Offers database).Taking part in all sales trainings provided and scheduled by Rhenus A&O.Provide a high level of internal customer care.Identify & exhaust all opportunities for account development via a structured sales approach.Ensure smooth transition of accounts from sales ownership to account management.Building long term relationships with existing accounts to retain and grow the existing business, providing a high level of internal customer care.Consistently grow the gross profit and achieve the set targets.Achieve Sales productivity and revenue targets.Support the Freehand lead program for US and Canada.Communicating and aligning with local commercial team concerning internal quotation tool.First level support and training on internal quotation tool.What skills & experience you will bring to usBachelor's degree in business or related field.3+ years of inside sales experience within logistics, supply chain, distribution or related field.Advanced proficiency with CRM systems.Experience with Sugar CRM or Microsoft Dynamics considered a strong asset.Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).Tech Savvy with a high ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Effective time and deadline management skills.Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.Result-driven mentality with high motivation and initiative.Excellent networking and interpersonal abilities, maintaining close connections with the Head of Sales, Regional Sales Director, Sales Controllers, Marketing, CRM Core Team, and Country Sales teams.In-depth knowledge of the sales process, Rhenus strategy, and all Rhenus services.Advanced fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.What are some key figures for the role Ideal starting date is September 16, 2024You will receive a permanent full-time contract with a 40-hour work weekParking is available on premisesYou will have 15 vacation days per yearWant to apply?
