Inside Sales Account Manager

**Job summary**: We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Print/Media Company's sales team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic industry and contribute to the growth of our company through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Please note that this is a **full-time on-site **position in **Mississauga, ON.**
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday.
**What your typical day at work will be like**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their print and media requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
**What makes you an ideal fit for the role**:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the print or media industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
