Coveo is looking for an accounting specialist to join its finance team. You will play a key role in helping Coveo continue its sustained global growth. Through a wide variety of tasks, you will support various members of the finance teams, all within a multi-currency context.

As one of our accounting specialists, you will:
  • Carry out the recording of our suppliers' invoices.
  • Prepare payments to our suppliers.
  • Reconcile corporate credit cards.
  • Actively participate in month-end closing.
  • Process employees' expense reports.
  • Support the team in various projects.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • A relevant diploma (AEC, DEP, or technical diploma in accounting).
  • Excellent adaptability as you will need to work in an environment that changes often.
  • A keen sense of organization and planning to meet all deadlines.
  • Comfort communicating with various stakeholders who are both francophone and anglophone.
