Le territoire comprendra la ville de Québec et les régions à l’est de la province, y compris la Mauricie, l’Estrie, Joliette et d’autres centres.

**Principales responsabilités / attentes professionnelles**

Les responsabilités générales du poste attribuées au Spécialiste des comptes sont les suivantes:

- Atteindre l’objectif de vente désigné pour le territoire qui lui a été attribué.
- Atteindre les objectifs fixés en matière d’appels aux professionnels de la santé, afin de communiquer des informations équilibrées, exactes et complètes sur les produits Ipsen.
- Rendre des visites aux médecins, aux pharmaciens et autres professionnels de la santé afin de fournir des informations sur les produits et d’assurer la disponibilité des produits Ipsen sur le territoire. Participer à des conversations approfondies avec des médecins et d’autres professionnels de la santé en utilisant plusieurs ensembles de données sur une vaste gamme d’indications de produits approuvés. Naviguer au sein de structures organisationnelles complexes, notamment celles des hôpitaux et des communautés de soins de santé.
- Gérer son territoire de manière efficace et ordonnée, en se conformant aux principes de priorisation des principes clés du médecin/compte, de production de rapports quotidiens sur les visites et de responsabilité des échantillons. Élaborer et exécuter des plans d’affaires efficaces.
- Démontrer que les exigences administratives ont été remplies, notamment en ce qui concerne la gestion du budget, les connexions, la comptabilité type, les comptes de frais, etc. dans les délais et selon les directives de l’entreprise.
- Exploiter son territoire en respectant le budget des dépenses attribué.
- Suivre toutes les formations requises et mettre continuellement à jour ses connaissances sur les produits.
- Se conformer à toutes les lois, réglementations et directives provinciales et fédérales, y compris le Code de pratiques éthiques d’Innovative Medicines Canada (IMC) sur les interactions avec les professionnels de la santé, ainsi que se conformer à toutes les normes et politiques d’Ipsen relatives à toutes les activités professionnelles.
- Capacité de rédaction de rapports et de correspondance de routine. Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication écrite et orale.
- Comprendre et résoudre les problèmes de gestion des soins au sein de son territoire.
- Identifier et former des experts spécialisés au sein de son territoire.
- Signaler au service de l’Information médicale et de la Pharmacovigilance tout événement indésirable potentiel, toute information relative à la sécurité ou toute réclamation concernant les produits Ipsen, conformément aux exigences de l’entreprise.

**Connaissances, capacités et expérience**
- Baccalauréat ès sciences ou baccalauréat ès arts exigé.
- Une formation universitaire en soins de santé est un atout important.
- Au moins deux à quatre ans d’expérience à titre de représentant pharmaceutique
- Expérience en oncologie, un atout
- Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication.
- Capacité prouvée à établir de solides relations.
- Esprit d’équipe démontré.
- Une bonne connaissance de l’informatique est requise.

Déplacements:

- Capacité de se déplacer dans le territoire qui lui est affecté, y compris la nuit, au besoin

**Summary /Purpose of the position**

Your territory will include Quebec City and areas east within the province, including Mauricie, Estrie, Joliette, and other centers.

**Main Responsibilities / Job Expectations**

The general job responsibilities assigned to the Account Specialist are as follows:

- Achieve the assigned sales objective for the assigned territory.
- Attain the designated goals for calls on appropriate healthcare professionals to communicate balanced, accurate, and complete information on Ipsen’s products.
- Execute calls on Physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals in order to provide product information and to assure the availability of Ipsen’s products in the territory. Engage in in-depth conversations with physicians and other healthcare professionals utilizing multiple data sets across a broad base of approved product indications. Navigate through complex organization structures including hospitals and healthcare communities.
- Manage the territory in an efficient and orderly manner, ascribing to principles of key physician/account prioritization, daily call reporting, and sample accountability. Develop and execute effective business plans.
- Demonstrate completion of administrative requirements including budget management, log-ins, sample accounting, expense reports etc. within timelines and company guidelines.
- Operate the territory within the assigned expense budget.
