Additionally, the role involves supporting the company's financing activities, including public debt offerings and share buyback programs.

Applicants must be members of the Barreau du Québec, with a minimum of 15 years' experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role, with a focus on corporate law and corporate financing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, authority, and the ability to manage and train a team of professionals. Key responsibilities include supporting Board and Committee meetings, handling all corporate securities matters, and coordinating communications with Board members. The role also requires the ability to identify and manage risks, as well as to prepare and manage the Board budget. Bilingualism in French and English is essential for this position.
