Growing through acquisition and organically, E360S provides environmental and waste management solutions to municipalities and commercial customers.
Position Description
E360S has an opportunity to oversee and support certain operating divisions, with a focus on user support, including training support, and ensuring utilization of the company’s billing systems to its full capacity. This role augments customer service training at the divisional level and adherence to corporate policy and process standards.
Position Responsibilities
- Oversee customer entry at certain locations
- Identify issues and assist locations to correct customer entry errors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with manual data entry, where required
- Assist with report generation and review
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented and accurate
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Experience in the waste industry preferred
- Computer literacy, including intermediate working skills of MS Word, Excel, and email required
