Summary:
The Technology Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of technology products and services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the best solutions for their needs.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing end user clients, value added resellers and distributors to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Present and demonstrate technology products and services to prospective clients.
  4. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  5. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  8. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in condition monitoring or a related industry.
  3. Strong understanding of condition monitoring technologies and their applications.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Ability to travel 50-75% of the time in US and Canada.
  9. Fluency in French is a plus.
  10. Must live close to a major airport.
