The Opportunity:

ML6 has partnered with a boutique home decor brand in their search for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, with a personality that can make every customer smile.

What You'll Be Doing:

Enter orders and address customer concerns.
Coordinate shipments with the warehouse.
Maintain electronic and physical records, including bookkeeping.
Answer telephone, responding to questions and requests.
Contact potential customers.
Assist with various projects as assigned.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in a customer facing role.
Excellent computer skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Indesign, and social media platforms would be an asset.
