Responsibilities


  • Drafting Pleading, including Statements of Claim, Motions, Mediation Briefs and Trial Briefs
  • Drafting documents related to AB claims and LAT Proceedings
  • Corresponding with other law firms, medical professionals, clients, etc.
  • Managing and overseeing a tickler system for limitation periods
  • Regularly reviewing and advancing files forward
  • Telephone communications and Meetings with clients and others


Qualifications


  • *Minimum 7 years experience in Tort Law/Personal Injury Litigation*
  • Ability to work and collaborate with others
  • Good communication skills
