Our Group Charter team is looking for a CHARTER SALES MANAGER.

Identify new clients through outbound calls and networking.
Develop and maintain an expert understanding of a wide range of aircraft including, range, configurations, payload capacities, crewing, and regulatory matters. Keep up to date on latest operational capabilities of aircraft, airport, operators and handlers.
Build strong, productive relationships with clients and suppliers to meet business targets and grow our supplier network.
Generate and manage a portfolio of clients and actively develop new business through initiative in following new leads, client recommendations and networking opportunities.
Assist in the development and implementation of regional sales strategies.
Monitor progress for sales activities regularly, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer with focus on successes and areas for improvement including directives for action.
Source / supply appropriate cost-effective charter flight estimates and quotations when requested by clients through careful and clear communication and negotiation with aircraft providers with the aim of procuring best value pricing for clients with suitable commission values for the Company included. Coordinate with management regarding the drafting and issuing of all contracts, ensuring all documents, insurance and regulatory matters are accurate and legally compliant. This includes verifying all supplier contract terms and details are in alignment.
Manage all charter contracts from inquiry through preparations, operations, flight following, to post-flight report and feedback. This may include some on-site adhoc departure flight representation work.
Travel when required in line with business needs or attending networking opportunities, conferences.
Manage all information (leads, opportunities, contacts, quotes, reporting within the Company’s CRM).
Maintain inputs for weekly sales reporting metrics (lead generation, phone calls, emails, social network outreach).
Keep up to date with industry changes and policies which affect the company and the role.
Awareness and discretion, full compliance with company policies.

Previous group air charter / commercial jets industry experience is an asset.
Driven, self-motivated, hardworking, flexible working hours.
Valid Passport – Ability to travel anywhere.
Flexible Language Requirement
~ Additional languages are a plus.
