Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Project Development Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating various aspects of sales and development projects, ensuring smooth execution from inception to completion. This is an in-person position at our Ancaster Ontario location.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the development team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the sales and development processes.
- Conduct external communications including exploratory meetings and emails.
- Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and related documentation.
- Generate proposals and proformas, while supporting and enhancing collaterals.
- Utilize Excel for technical modeling and proforma tool development.
- Collaborate with internal Project Management and Engineering teams to develop optimal geo-exchange solutions for client presentations.
- Administer and continuously improve CRM systems for sales and development purposes.
- Resolve any issues that arise during projects promptly and effectively.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with multiple teams within the organization.
- Assist the sales team with administrative functions and processes.
- Oversee day-to-day activities for the Development team.
- Analyze project data and produce progress reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, sustainability, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in sales coordination, preferably within the geothermal or renewable energy sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.
- Outstanding organizational abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects concurrently, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating initiative, innovation, and a results-driven mindset.
