The Program Manager for Digital Enablement is responsible for leading the implementation and integration of cutting-edge digital solutions to optimize operations, enhance safety, and drive efficiency across the organization. This role focuses on managing large-scale digital transformation projects tailored to the unique needs of operations in the energy sector.

Role Responsibilities

  • Management of the program lifecycle to ensure effective governance and efficient execution of projects
  • Remove roadblocks and barriers from project and program execution
  • Ensure projects are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization
  • Clearly define program controls, proper governance, processes and procedures
  • Ability to develop overall program plans across all projects within the program
  • Monitor and progress to ensure milestones are being achieved through the program and associated projects
  • Building and executing program plans to deliver solutions that meet business objectives
  • Management and prioritization of cross project issues and challenges
  • Management of program risks ensuring timely and clear communication with stakeholders with appropriate escalations
  • Ensure delivery on strategic objectives
  • Manage the program budget
  • Manage risks and issues through the program lifecycle
  • Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and programs
  • Management and coordination of stakeholders who are involved within the program scope
  • Identifying risks and threats to program delivery
  • Provide coaching to all project team members

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of program management experience
  • Appropriate certifications within PMI supporting relevant experience
  • Strong project and program management experience with large and complex IT/OT initiatives
  • Broad knowledge of project and program methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident ability to work with all organizational stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation processes and procedures
  • Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
  • Flexible, adaptive and responsive to a frequently changing environment
  • Ability to build partnerships with business leadership teams
