Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:
Loopio is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, resourceful, have excellent negotiation skills, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 6. Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 7. Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to better support customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and empathy. 4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. 7. Resilient and resourceful personality traits.
