Southwest Airlines is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. In this entry-level, part-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers both in-person and over the phone.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist passengers with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and resolving any issues or complaints 2. Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and airline policies 3. Handle passenger inquiries regarding baggage, flight delays, cancellations, and other issues 4. Process payments and refunds accurately 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times 7. Keep up to date with airline policies and procedures


Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 4. Strong problem-solving skills 5. Adaptable and energetic personality 6. Ability to work well in a team and be adaptable to changing circumstances 7. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
