Job Description: Support Specialist at Crown Holdings


Crown Holdings is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our clients and internal teams. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and the ability to adapt to different situations while maintaining a strong work ethic.


Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of client concerns - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Document client interactions and solutions for future reference - Assist in the implementation of new systems and technologies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a similar role - Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies - Strong work ethic and ability to work independently - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Leadership qualities and ability to take initiative - Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing systems - Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
