Job Opportunity: Human Resources Technician

As a human resources technician at St-Patrick Residence, you will be responsible for planning and organizing various services for staff (payroll, benefits, employee assistance programs, labor relations, etc.), as well as in the process of recruiting and welcoming new employees into the organization.

Hours per week: 40

Purpose of the Position

Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime

Salary: to be discussed depending on experience

Responsibilities
  1. Take responsibility for staffing in your area; onboard, train and integrate new personnel
  2. Participate in management committees to improve processes
  3. Ensure the administrative management, planning and organization of continuing education
  4. Ensure the administrative management of social benefits
  5. Participate in employee evaluations in collaboration with the department manager
  6. Update the various databases in Excel
  7. Collaborate on the various residence committees if required
  8. Conduct research, collect and compile data, complete certain reports and send relevant documentation to the persons concerned
  9. Assist the manager in the application and respect of laws related to human resources management
