In your role as Account Director, you will be expected to

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in Canada and the United States, overseeing both large-scale web design and development projects and ongoing evolution and support mandates with public and private sector clients
  • Develop and grow client accounts by identifying and cultivating key relationships and growth opportunities in line with the agency’s services
  • Ensure timely and successful project delivery in alignment with customer needs and objectives
  • Develop and approve briefs for projects, providing guidance and direction to project teams
  • Lead and participate in client presentations and other activities to enhance agency-client relationships
  • Lead contract negotiations with new clients and manage contract renewals
  • Provide clear and concise updates to clients and agency leadership
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, reporting on account status and opportunities

To be successful, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an agency setting or professional services
  • Exceptional listening skills with the ability to understand and address client needs
  • Proven track record in the management and delivery of successful client portfolio projects
  • Proficient in digital best practices, technologies, and trends - a plus if you have experience using Drupal, WordPress, or other open-source technologies
  • Experience managing client relationships and acting as an escalation point
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presentations
  • Track record of setting and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in team supervision or management
  • Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in French desirable

Remote applications based in North America are welcome but the applicant must be

  • Available during Montreal working hours

Dans votre rôle de directeur de comptes, vous devrez

  • Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour des clients clés au Canada et aux États-Unis, en supervisant à la fois des projets de conception et de développement de sites Web à grande échelle et des mandats d'évolution et de soutien continus avec des clients des secteurs public et privé
  • Développer et faire croître les comptes clients en identifiant et en cultivant les relations clés et les opportunités de croissance en accord avec les services de l'agence
  • Veiller à ce que les projets soient menés à bien dans les délais impartis, conformément aux besoins et aux objectifs des clients
  • Élaborer et approuver les dossiers des projets, en fournissant des conseils et des orientations aux équipes de projet
  • Diriger et participer aux présentations destinées aux clients et à d'autres activités visant à améliorer les relations entre l'agence et les clients
  • Mener les négociations contractuelles avec les nouveaux clients et gérer les renouvellements de contrats
  • Fournir des mises à jour claires et concises aux clients et à la direction de l'agence
  • Prévoir et suivre les indicateurs clés des comptes, rendre compte de l'état des comptes et des opportunités

Pour réussir, vous devez posséder les compétences et l'expérience suivantes

  • Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en agence ou dans les services professionnels
  • Des qualités d'écoute exceptionnelles et la capacité de comprendre les besoins des clients et d'y répondre
  • Une expérience confirmée dans la gestion et la réalisation de projets de portefeuille de clients couronnés de succès
  • Une maîtrise des meilleures pratiques, technologies et tendances numériques - un plus si vous avez de l'expérience dans l'utilisation de Drupal, WordPress ou d'autres technologies open-source
  • Une expérience de la gestion des relations avec les clients et de la fonction de point d'escalade
  • Être à l'aise avec la prise de parole en public et les présentations
  • Une expérience dans la mise en place d'objectifs dans un environnement en évolution rapide
  • Une expérience dans la supervision ou la gestion d'une équipe
  • D'excellentes aptitudes de communication en anglais et maîtrise du français souhaitable
