Overview:

As a leader in the Senior Living sector, you will oversee the comprehensive management of the Community, ensuring alignment with our Mission Statement and programming tailored to enhance residents' experiences while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct and manage the overall operations of the Community, ensuring high-quality service delivery and financial performance.
  2. Collaborate with management teams to establish operational priorities and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  3. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols.
  4. Conduct regular assessments of service quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Financial Oversight:

  1. Manage the Community's budget, monitoring expenses and revenue to achieve financial objectives.
  2. Prepare and submit financial reports to the corporate office in a timely manner.

Program Development:

  1. Implement and oversee programs for residents and staff, ensuring alignment with community standards and enhancing resident engagement.
  2. Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional development and staff retention.
  3. Evaluate market trends to position the Community effectively within the industry.

Community Engagement:

  1. Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, families, and local organizations to promote the Community's reputation.
