Oakville, Canada Fengate Asset Management Full time

As part of its continued growth, the Fengate Property Management team is seeking a Property Administrator who will support the daily, on-site operations of the building and is an excellent entry level position into the industry. This is a hybrid role, with time split between the Oakville office and 3 Concorde Gate in North York, Ontario.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and process invoices for payment and respond to requests from Accounting & Administration.
Distributing memos and communication materials to all tenants.
Establish and maintain professional working relationships with tenants, vendors, building security, cleaners and various contractors to ensure smooth operation of the property.
Assisting with the packaging of meeting materials including agendas, minutes, property management reports and attachments, financial statements and any other meeting materials.
Receiving incoming requests for service from residents and responding accordingly.
Assist on tenant relation functions and monthly/quarterly reporting requirements.
Assist in maintaining property-specific emergency procedures.
Maintaining key logs and records of fob devices.

Requirements
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Post secondary education.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines.
1+ years' experience in a property administration role.
Experience with Yardi is an asset.
Proficient with MS Office Suite.
