Oakville, Canada BP Management and Real Estate Services Full time

Our company focuses on acquiring, developing and managing commercial and industrial properties with a small portion of residential units within our portfolio. We manage and invest in long-term premium grade assets, working towards maintaining and developing value over time.

**Job Summary**:
Provide Daily Administrative Support and complete all accounting tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
Accounting& Administrative:

- Issuing Purchase Orders and reconciling to invoices
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Reconcile Bank Statements
- Journal Entries
- HST Returns
- Prepare Financial Reports
- Updating Spreadsheet and Compiling information for Budgets
- Online Filing System Management

Administration:

- Organizing Property and Tenant Files
- Compiling Lease documentation
- Communication with Tenants and Contractors
- Gathering Quotations.
- Schedule Contractor Meetings, Appts, property inspections and repairs.
- Compile Data, Statistics, other information and conduct research.
- Lease Administration and tenant liaison, includes providing tenant notices and demand letters.
- Maintenance Management
- Project Coordination
- Other tasks within the scope of the job purpose that may arise.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in either Property Management, General Administration and Bookkeeping, Property Accounting Administration
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills.
- Strong verbal and written Skills.
- Post
- Secondary Diploma is Required
- Completed Education is Bookkeeping, Accounting and Business Administration
- Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures
- Understanding of Full-Cycle Accounting and GAAP
