**EDUCATION**:

- College Diploma or University Degree in Business, Administration
- Administrative background and training - Excellence in Data Management and Technical writing.

3+ years’ experience in an Engineering design and/or manufacturing industry

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Ability to organize multiple tasks and communicate information effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Access
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic lab equipment and their functions.
- Excellent analytical and statistical aptitude.
- Knowledge of electronic devices and their properties
- Working knowledge of automotive industry and automotive electrical systems
- **Manual Soldering of SMT Components**_**(minimum requirement)**_
- 3+ Years’ Mechanical and/or Electrical Design
- Excellent analytical and statistical aptitude.
- Knowledge of electronic devices and their properties
- Solid Electro-Mechanical skills
- Working knowledge of automotive industry and automotive electrical systems
- Ability to organize and multi-task

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

To meet with the demand and future growth of new products, this position requires the efficient and accurate attention to the detail compiling and managing test data. It requires concise, accurate test report writing skills and excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Review SRFT (Switch Request for Test) forms from requesters to ensure all data, specifications and pertinent information are present so testing may can begin.
- Purchase orders, ordering office supplies, shipping, travel arrangements (back-up), filing and document storage tasks.
- Interface with Product Launch and Engineering teams to confirm the reporting needs of the customer.
- Create Data Collection forms and Test Plans for use by Product Validation Technologists.
- Collaborate with Product Test Technologists to compile test data for test reports in a timely manner.
- Verify resultant test data values with known customer pass criteria.
- Organize and compile concise final test reports.
- Provide data when required to requestors via formal reporting methods i.e. ADVP&R’s, preliminary reports etc.
- Provide weekly minutes and updates to other members of the Company based on status updates from Test Technologists.
- Verify clerical and data accuracy of test reports.
- Maintain the Test Lab’s WHMIS, MSDS and Health and Safety information.
- Adhere to Test Lab’s high standards of quality, accuracy and integrity.
- Perform other administrative, technical duties as assigned.

- Responsible for thorough workmanship and high quality. Must meet or exceed the Company standards of quality and production.

- Commit to your self-development goals as discussed with your Manager and attend all company sponsored training.

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
