We are currently seeking a Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to join our Talent team at the corporate office in Edmonton. This role involves supporting the flow of work in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.

What You’ll Do

  • Support candidates and recruiters during the recruitment cycle.
  • Support new hires and managers during the onboarding process.
  • Support learning programs by organizing materials and distributing program resources.
  • Supervise daily operations and upkeep of the learning management system by assisting end-users, addressing issues promptly, offering technical support, and handling escalations.
  • Coordinate virtual Culture Camp orientation training activities by moderating chat room interactions and managing breakout rooms effectively.


What You Bring

  • 1-2 years working in an office setting and/or related experience.
  • Capacity and passion for learning, strong team orientation, and a keenness to help others.
  • You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office suite of software.
