Job Summary

The Recruitment Coordinator is a key member of our HR team, responsible for managing onboarding initiatives and ensuring a seamless transition for new hires. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for connecting with people and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and embody Morgan Construction and Environmental (Ltd.)'s values and Pillars of Excellence, consistently demonstrating alignment through everyday actions and identifying the best fit for the company based on candidates' values and beliefs.
  • Successfully manage new hire onboarding for up to 40+ employees at one time, ensuring compliance and timely completion of onboarding requirements.
  • Work closely with employees throughout their onboarding process, providing exceptional service-focused support and touchpoints to ensure they remain on track for their start date.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking systems and training system, documenting all communication and status updates.
  • Collaborate with assigned Field Recruiters to ensure clear communication on candidate status and identify any risks to onboarding progress.
  • Be available to support other coordinators as needed, including out-of-office coverage.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in HR administration and/or recruitment is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume construction environment is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
