We are looking for someone seeking exciting new opportunities as an Industrial Sales Representative for our thriving team. The successful person will be an energetic, customer-focused, self-starter who has experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry.

Your Daily Contribution & Impact:
- Expands existing customer base; identifying and soliciting potential new customers.
- Schedules and visits established customers in order to maintain and increase sales to that customer, based on an understanding of the customers’ business need.
- Utilizes sales process to manage territory pipeline and opportunity.
- Supports orders from customers to renew and add to their inventory, quotes on new equipment when needed; manages customer returns when appropriate.
- Maintains a positive relationship with the customer; ensures that there is also a positive relationship with store personnel in doing so.
- Conducts themselves in a professional manner in order to enhance the corporate image of the company.
- Computer proficient on excel, reporting and CRM tools.
- Able to use internet and paper catalogs to identify the correct parts for the customer’s needs.
- Effectively communicates product features, benefits and warranty information to customers in order to present a value proposition.
- Provides exceptional customer service and is solution oriented.
- Ensures customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Displays a positive, helpful attitude and known to be a team player.
Expertise & Essential Skills:
- Automotive and Industrial Refinishing and Industrial Parts experience.
- Experience in sales and territory management.
- Experience delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
- An appetite for continuous learning and knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Territory includes accounts in the Port Kells area.
