Quality Customer Service Representative

We are seeking two (3) Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for acting as brand ambassadors and developing strong customer relationships for this newly launched division. These are full-time permanent roles with an opportunity for career growth within the company as we value each employee’s contributions and efforts towards our success.

Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents and maintaining a record of incoming inquiries.
Communicate with clients to provide effective, timely solutions and support.
Quickly identify and solve problems to address account inquiries while providing technical and troubleshooting support.
Identify customer needs in order to recommend the appropriate product or service.
Learn the software systems used by the company and products to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries and answer questions from customers.
Handle customer complaints by providing solutions and work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints.
Provide reporting and administrative support to the sales, operations and technical teams.
Inform clients on new release products and policies.
Provide feedback to the management team to help improve business processes.
Assist in office administration tasks as required.
2+ years of customer service experience
~ Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in MS Office applications and a demonstrated ability to quickly understand new software.

Job type – full time
