En tant que coordonnateur(-trice) Personnes et culture (RH), vous devrez:
- Gérer toutes les tâches administratives liées au cycle de vie complet du personnel, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, l’intégration, l’accueil de nouveau personnel, les lettres d’offre d’emploi, les lettres de changement, les promotions, les démissions, etc. de manière professionnelle et agréable.
- Être un point de contact fiable pour les demandes du personnel, utiliser les ressources internes pour trouver des réponses et faire des suivis.
- Offrir des services complets de recrutement, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, l’analyse des besoins en amont, l’affichage de postes, l’embauche, la participation aux salons de l’emploi, la présélection et les entrevues.
- Superviser le dossier du programme coopératif tout en établissant des relations externes pour trouver les meilleurs talents.
- Assurer une expérience positive du personnel en soutenant collectivement leurs besoins ainsi que ceux de l’entreprise.
- Maintenir avec précision toutes les données des membres du personnel en utilisant le SIRH actuel (UltiPro).
- Effectuer d’autres tâches au besoin.
Ce poste vous convient-il?
- Vous détenez un diplôme collégial ou universitaire en gestion des ressources humaines.
- Vous vous efforcez d’offrir une expérience positive au personnel en soutenant collectivement leurs besoins ainsi que ceux de l’entreprise.
- Vous avez de bonnes aptitudes pour la communication orale et écrite, et une capacité éprouvée à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Vous êtes bilingue (français et anglais).
