Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Ciot, you will spearhead the effort to explore and capitalize on new revenue streams across various sectors including commercial projects, builders, and kitchen & bath stores. This role is pivotal in identifying and cultivating business opportunities both within untapped markets and among our existing client base to drive significant sales growth for Ciot within all categories of stone, with a specific focus on our growing Neolith Porcelain offering

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategic initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple sectors, ensuring alignment with company objectives

· Collaborate with internal teams to leverage existing client relationships and expand business with current customers

· Proactively research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth and partnership.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders including architects, designers, builders, contractors, and fabricators

· Create and present comprehensive business proposals and strategic plans tailored to potential partners, highlighting the value of Ciot’s products and services

· Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market insights to senior management

Requirements:

· A college diploma or university degree in business, 5+ years of experience in a similar role

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the construction, building materials, or design industries

· Demonstrated success in identifying and closing business opportunities, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders

· Strategic thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative business strategies

Sommaire du poste

En tant que Directeur du développement des affaires chez Ciot, vous serez le fer de lance de l'exploration et de l'exploitation de nouvelles sources de revenus dans divers secteurs, notamment les projets commerciaux, les constructeurs et les magasins de cuisines et de salles de bains. Ce rôle est essentiel pour identifier et cultiver les opportunités commerciales à la fois dans les marchés inexploités et parmi notre base de clients existants afin de générer une croissance significative des ventes pour Ciot dans toutes les catégories de pierre, avec un accent particulier sur notre offre croissante de porcelaine Neolith.

Rôle et responsabilités

· Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives stratégiques afin d'identifier et de saisir de nouvelles opportunités commerciales dans plusieurs secteurs, en veillant à l'alignement sur les objectifs de l'entreprise ;

· Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour tirer parti des relations existantes avec les clients et développer les activités avec les clients actuels ;

· Rechercher et analyser de manière proactive les tendances du marché, les activités des concurrents et les besoins des clients afin d'identifier les domaines potentiels de croissance et de partenariat ;

· Établir et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec les principales parties prenantes, notamment les architectes, les concepteurs, les constructeurs, les entrepreneurs et les fabricants ;

· Créer et présenter des propositions commerciales complètes et des plans stratégiques adaptés aux partenaires potentiels, en soulignant la valeur des produits et des services de Ciot ;

· Fournir des mises à jour et des rapports réguliers sur le pipeline des ventes, les prévisions de revenus et les informations sur le marché à la direction générale.

Profile recherché

· Diplôme d'études supérieures ou diplôme universitaire en commerce, avec cinq (5) ans d'expérience ou plus dans une fonction similaire ;

· Expérience avérée en matière de développement commercial, de vente ou de fonctions connexes dans les secteurs de la construction, des matériaux de construction ou de la conception ;

· Réussite avérée dans l'identification et la conclusion d'opportunités commerciales, avec une solide expérience dans la réalisation d'objectifs de vente et la stimulation de la croissance du chiffre d'affaires ;

· Excellentes compétences en matière de communication, de négociation et de relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d'établir des relations et de la crédibilité avec diverses parties prenantes ;
