The ideal candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units and tasks.
Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager oversees all the operational side of the business to achieve business targets for KaleMart24. The Operations manager will:
- Oversee the construction of our stores by working closely with defined stakeholders
- Manage the supply chain of our stores
- Ensure the proper functioning of our stores
Located in Montreal, QC, KaleMart24 aims to make shopping for organic and healthy foods enjoyable and convenient.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at KaleMart24 in Montreal, QC. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, coordinating staff schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing efficiency. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized store environment, implementing cost-saving measures, and upholding company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management, operations, and retail
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Relevant degree or certification in Business Administration or related field
