As Director of Sales, you will lead sales strategies and activities to address current dynamics and align with overall goals to deliver volume, profit, and brand health, while optimizing the use of resources.

Requirements:

A four-year college degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and 5-7 years of related work experience. Key skills include excellent verbal and written communication, learning and maintaining knowledge of a company's business and product lines, and maintaining professionalism in all situations.

Up to 50% travel is expected for trade shows, customer visitation, and team meetings. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of Mohawk products, distribution options, sales strategies, and/or programs.
