Job Summary:

As a Territory Manager in Medical Aesthetics Capital Device, your primary role is to drive Sales within your assigned territory by identifying and nurturing leads. You'll collaborate closely with the Sales team to achieve Sales objectives and maintain regular communication with the Regional Director, providing updates on customer interactions, competitive activities, and market trends within the Medical Aesthetics industry. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed established sales goals and actively participate in industry events to promote our advanced Aesthetic solutions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and develop Sales leads within Clients in Medical Aesthetics Clinics and Companies to support overall sales objectives.

Work closely with sales professionals to align and achieve territory-specific sales targets.

Maintain frequent communication with the sales manager, updating them on customer engagements, competitive developments, and industry trends.

Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set for your territory.

Attend and actively participate in medical aesthetics conferences, workshops, and trade shows to showcase our innovative product offerings.

Uphold and commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to healthcare professionals and Clients within the territory.


Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a related field


Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Medical Aesthetics Sales, Capital Equipment Sales, or B2B Sales within Healthcare.


Skills:

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.

Track record of achieving Sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Travel is 75%
