Pay: $42.25/hr
Title: Business Analyst I
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Understand, analyze, and document business processes and workflows. Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize complex datasets. Use statistical tools to identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of business operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including management, technical teams, and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning and management. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure that project goals are achieved on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Cloud computing experience, preference is GCP, specifically BigQuery.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Nice to have:
- Inventory management
- Experience working with data engineering teams
