We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Administrator to join our team. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, including reviewing and maintaining contracts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Drafting and Review:
Using templates to draft, and review contracts ensuring accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads, to ensure contract terms meet the needs of all parties involved.
Contract Management:
Maintain an organized system for tracking contract status, deadlines, and renewals.
Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Identify and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the contract lifecycle.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to establish and maintain contractual relationships.
Conduct regular evaluations of vendor performance and address any concerns or issues as needed.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Stay up-to-date on relevant industry standards pertaining to contracts and agreements.
Identify potential risks and liabilities associated with contracts and take appropriate measures to mitigate them.
Ensure that all contracts adhere to company policies and procedures.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all contracts and related documentation.
Generate reports and analysis as needed to support decision-making and strategic planning efforts.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in contract administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
