The Role. . .- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the PEO/ASO divisions, aligning with overall company goals and market trends. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand market share and enhance service offerings.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PEO/ASO divisions, ensuring efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Implement best practices to streamline processes, enhance scalability, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their HR needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality PEO/ASO services.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify growth opportunities and address client concerns.
- Ensure PEO/ASO operations comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the PEO/ASO or HR outsourcing industry, preferably within the technology sector.
- In-depth knowledge of HR outsourcing, compliance, and HR technology trends.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Exceptional leadership and people management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
