Job Title: Human Resources Advisor
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Location: On-site fully near Burrard Station
Compensation: Starting at $80,000 annually

About the Role: We are currently seeking Human Resources professionals at various levels to join our expanding team. In this role, you will deliver dependable and commercially oriented HR guidance to a diverse clientele over the phone, addressing a wide spectrum of HR inquiries from routine to intricate.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality advice to clients in a timely manner, primarily via phone but occasionally through video conferencing and email.
Handle a range of client inquiries regarding HR issues such as absence management, disciplinary actions, workplace misconduct, terminations, etc.
Furnish clients with relevant information and documentation to aid in the implementation of recommended solutions.
Take ownership of cases through to resolution, cultivating rapport and productive relationships with clients throughout the process.
Review client documentation and tailor advice to align with their internal policies and conditions.
Stay abreast of HR and employment legislation through ongoing training initiatives.
Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Accurately document all advice provided using Salesforce and other designated systems.
Adhere to internal protocols for case management and escalation procedures as necessary.

Qualifications:
Mandatory possession of CPHR/CHRL designation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an advisory capacity.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Previous experience in a KPI/target-driven setting, preferably within a shared service center, is highly advantageous.
Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Organized self-starter committed to excellence in service delivery.
