**Responsibilities**
- In this role, you will rely on your generalist human resources experience, preferably in a unionised environment. You will find both conventional and creative ways to resolve problems, consider past practices, best practices, and the mutual interest of all stakeholders while maintaining the integrity of the relevant collective agreements, terms and conditions, policies, legislation, benefit plans etc. You are a strong coach and use your coaching skills to develop people leadership capabilities with your business partners and beyond. You are known for your strong work ethic, superior communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytic and problem-solving capabilities and your demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple and competing demands.**Requirements**:

- You will have completed at least a two year related post-secondary program, with a minimum of five years recent experience as an HR Advisor/Generalist within a unionised environment. A CPHR designation and municipal experience is an asset, as is experience working with Microsoft Office, a Human Capital Management System (we use PeopleSoft), an Applicant Tracking System and a Records Management System.**Compensation**
