Requirements

What You do as a Director, Channel & Alliances Partnerships

  • Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic partnerships and alliances with technology partners, resellers, and distributors to expand the company's reach and market presence
  • Drive revenue growth through partner-driven sales and co-selling initiatives, leveraging partner networks and channels to expand the company's customer base and increase sales opportunities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment of goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement partner enablement programs, including training, resources, and support, to empower partners to effectively sell, deploy, and support the company's products and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for partner-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop joint marketing campaigns, programs, and collateral to generate demand and promote partner-driven sales activities
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, track key metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders to optimize partnership strategies and initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to OSINT and SaaS solutions, and incorporate learnings into partner strategies and programs for continuous improvement
  • Lead contract negotiations and partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions that support the company's objectives and protect its interests
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and other internal teams to align partner strategies with overall business objectives and drive success across the organization

What You Need To Get The Job Done

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in channel and alliances partnerships, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful channel and alliances programs, driving revenue growth, and expanding market reach through strategic partnerships
  • Experience negotiating partnership agreements and contracts, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial terms and conditions
  • Knowledge of the OSINT landscape and familiarity with SaaS business models and technologies is preferred
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and self awareness, supporting the ability to have difficult conversations with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, track key metrics, and derive insights to inform decision-making
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, business needs and industry trends.
  • Ability to be curious, tenacious, caring, and positive
