Skills and Responsibilities:

•Support the ERP project managers and the project team in delivering the ERP project successfully.

•Responsibilities will include creating and updating the project plan, schedule, budget, and scope, coordinating and facilitating the project meetings, workshops, and training session.

•Communicating and reporting the project status, risks, issues, and changes to the project manager and other stakeholders; managing and tracking the project resources, deliverables, and documentation; assisting the project manager in quality assurance, testing, and deployment of the ERP system; as well as providing end-user support and feedback during and after the project implementation.

•Requirements: -Hands on years of experience in project coordination or management.

•Strong understanding of ERP systems and implementation processes.

•Excellent organizational and time management skills.

•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Proficiency in project management software and tools.

•Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

•Experience with risk management and issue resolution.

•Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

•Strong decision-making skills.

•Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

•Experience with vendor and stakeholder management.

•Strong documentation and reporting skills.

•Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
