Job Title: Intermediate ERP Systems Analyst

Join Macdonald, Dettwiler And Associates Corporation as an Intermediate ERP Systems Analyst and be part of a team that designs, develops, and implements Infor LN ERP systems for our clients. As an Intermediate ERP Systems Analyst, you will work closely with our Business Systems Team to maintain the Infor LN ERP operating environment and associated subsystems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between IT and non-IT stakeholders to design and implement Infor LN ERP systems that meet business requirements.
  • Configure system settings and options, plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing, and create specifications for systems to meet business needs.
  • Design automated systems and work closely with managers and end-users to define systems requirements and business goals.
  • Provide on-call support for ERP systems and support upgrades, hardware/software upgrade projects with impact analysis, fixes, and end-to-end testing.
  • Research and implement new technologies by participating in the assessment of tools, software, and technological practices.
  • Participate on cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.
  • Design and implement customized technology solutions and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses for potential computer system upgrades to support purchase decisions.
  • Assist in the deployment, customization, and post-implementation troubleshooting of new systems.
  • Collaborate and work effectively with other IT support teams to deliver required solutions and a positive client experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer/Data Science, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration in an enterprise environment and cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and technical skills.
  • Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Significant implementation experience with Baan/Infor LN Applications.
  • Complete understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Flow, and Finance.
  • Critical thinking, strong problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and a positive thinker.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Integrations with UKG, HR Systems, Timesheet & Attendance Systems, Project Online, SharePoint Online, Salesforce, and Banking Systems.
  • Hands-on experience in Soap/Rest API/web service.
  • Relational Database Experience (SQL Server).
  • Programming languages: C# and VB.Net.
  • Reporting and Business Intelligence platform: Power BI, IBM Cognos, Crystal reports, Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).
Security Clearance:

Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.

The compensation range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 annually. The specific compensation offered will be based on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
