**ERP Training Coordinator**
**Your work environment at EXP**
- Responsible for the design, development, delivery of training materials on various Vantagepoint Modules.
- Provide hand on training/support to project managers on Resource Planning and troubleshoot Resource Planning issues with IT.
- Design and conduct face-to-face training, self-directed learning, and train-the-trainer guidance for all ERP-related needs.
- Assist with the implementation of the change management procedures ensuring compliance with EXP standards.
- Build rapport with staff to help increase system adoption and encourage feedback of potential improvements.
- Translates complex topics into useful information that is clear and easy to understand for the intended audience.
- Provide continuous training throughout all stages of the implementation, allowing for opportunities for practice and reinforcement.
- Produce custom reports from Vantage point as required.
**What your experience look like**
- 3 or more years of ERP-related training, related consulting experience, and/or similar experience communicating technical information.
- Any combination of training, education, and work experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business.
- Aptitude for communicating technical information in an informative, entertaining, and educational format.
- Seasoned professional that can adapt fluidly to the changing needs of the user community, foster change, overcome resistance, and positively promote organizational objectives.
- Firsthand knowledge and experience with ERP systems (financial, budget and resource planning)
- Vantagepoint and VP Resource Planning experience is an asset.
- Intermediate to expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure work site environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and employees.
- Willingness for continuous learning and advancement of technical knowledge.
