Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Services team, you will be responsible for implementing our ERP solution, A+W Cantor, and providing ongoing support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ERP implementations, working with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Support the sales process, leading product demos and providing guidance on the implementation and go-live process.
  • Collaborate with clients to collect data and other information required to customize software systems.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with clients to assist them in meeting their business needs.
  • Foster client engagement and build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored advice.
Requirements:
  • Experience in software implementations and system integration from the product or client side.
  • Direct knowledge of ERP systems and their implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel 25-50% of the time.
