Join our client's dynamic team becoming a vital member, reporting to the Senior Manager, Private Client Operations. You will play a crucial role in supporting our client's client group based in Toronto

As the Account Administrator, you will be responsible for processing new account documentation, assisting in client meeting preparations, and handling various administrative tasks.

Account Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships and provide support to the Client Group.
  • Collaborate across teams within the firm to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Process account opening documentation 
  • Maintain and update the client relationship management system.
  • Assist with internal reporting and preparation of client materials for investment review meetings.
  • Ensure all printed materials are current and well-maintained.

Account Administrator Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Ability to multitask effectively within tight deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of financial account types, including registered plan accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services (administration/client services).
  • Completion of or willingness to pursue the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
