Born from the idea of creating a unique place combining gastronomic pleasures and the beauty of design, Restaurant Le Richmond offers since 2013 a refined cuisine that draws its inspiration from northern Italy.

In the sumptuous theatrical setting of a 3200 sq. Ft. loft-style room, we can accommodate 140 seats and 90 more in season on the waterproof, retractable-roofed terrace.

Hosting multiple prestigious events, Le Richmond is known for its dining experience, unique parties like F1 events, and strong corporate event deliveries.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent team management skills, and a strong background in restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing inventory.
  2. Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold quality standards.
  3. Maintain high service standards and implement new ones to strengthen it.
  4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  6. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  2. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation.
  3. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
  4. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  5. Understanding of bartending techniques is a plus.
  6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Certification in food safety is desirable.
