What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director with a proven track record of building sales teams , developing business strategies , and nurturing strong client relationships . If you're a sales leader with an existing book of business , a passion for leading teams, and a drive to succeed, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make an immediate impact at Loadify.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Build Sales Team: Build, train, and scale a high-performance sales team from scratch to meet our aggressive growth targets.
  • Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for both inbound and outbound channels to capture new business and maximize revenue.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Utilize your existing network and book of business to bring in new clients, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing ones.
  • Establish Sales Processes: Define, implement, and refine sales processes, from lead generation to closing, ensuring smooth operations and effective sales performance.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients from onboarding to delivery.
  • Meet & Exceed Targets: Set and achieve individual and team sales goals, driving success through motivation, accountability, and results.
  • Report & Analyze Performance: Regularly analyze sales data, identify trends, and report on performance to senior leadership to refine strategies.

Qualifications Required:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry.
  • Proven Track Record: A strong existing book of business and a history of successfully growing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead a sales team while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Relationship Builder: Outstanding ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute a long-term sales strategy while adjusting tactics based on changing business needs.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are eager to make an impact on both the short-term and long-term success of the company.
