Territory Business Development Manager

Caterpillar Brazil is seeking a skilled Territory Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our rental services and sales in Canada. This role requires a strong understanding of the Canadian equipment rental market and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth of profitable rental revenue with our Caterpillar Dealers, leading to an increase in the field population of Caterpillar machines and work tools in Dealer rental fleets. Key deliverables include achieving annual business plans, executing ambitious growth strategies, and working successfully with multiple decision makers at the Dealers and within Caterpillar.
Responsibilities include leading the annual business planning process, delivering accurate dealer forecasting for rental machines, managing sales support programs within budget, and being the face of Caterpillar as the sales liaison among dealers, customers, and other Caterpillar personnel. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Canadian equipment rental services business, a history of high impact performance in a dynamic business climate, and experience in the rental or construction equipment industry.
