Service Delivery, this is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team of HR professionals while gaining valuable experience in a Crown Corporation.

This Crown corporation is dedicated to managing infrastructure and environmental projects for the Department of National Defence. With a focus on ensuring military facilities meet operational needs, the organization emphasizes effective project management and collaboration with industry partners. Manage and mentor a team of six HR Business Partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Strategic HR Partner:
~ Act as the HR Business Partner for a designated region, providing guidance and support on employee relations and strategic workforce planning.

Design and implement HR service delivery strategies that align with operational needs, ensuring effective and integrated HR services.

Identify and resolve complex operational issues, including workplace investigations and absence management.

Oversee onboarding, conduct exit interviews, and manage wellness programs to enhance employee experience.

Bilingual: Fluency in both English and French is a must.
Generalist HR experience
A university degree in HR management or a related field, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
Certification as a Human Resources Professional is preferred.
