Your new role
Lead a Team:
- Manage and mentor a team of six HR Business Partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Strategic HR Partner:
- Act as the HR Business Partner for a designated region, providing guidance and support on employee relations and strategic workforce planning.
Service Delivery:
- Design and implement HR service delivery strategies that align with operational needs, ensuring effective and integrated HR services.
Complex Problem-Solving:
- Identify and resolve complex operational issues, including workplace investigations and absence management.
Employee Support:
- Oversee onboarding, conduct exit interviews, and manage wellness programs to enhance employee experience.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bilingual:
Fluency in both English and French is a must. - Experience:
Generalist HR experience - Education:
A university degree in HR management or a related field, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. - Certification as a Human Resources Professional is preferred.
