What will you do?
- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers
- Maintain accurate configuration of all variables in Service Call booking and Dispatch systems
- Configure all internal technician profiles in capacity planning software with proper skillset and zones
- Configure all contractor partner profiles and manage Regulatory suspensions in software
- Train new Workforce Planning team members on capacity planning software and WFP processes
- Project work to support new system functionality and Reliance initiatives. Leverage knowledge of FSM and capacity planning software to recommend new solutions for improved performance
- Produce regular reporting to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide analysis to explain any deviations from trends
- Partner with business leaders to develop strategies to optimize application of technology
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to solve complex problems affecting multiple teams

What do you bring?
- Post-secondary education and equivalent experience in capacity planning and dispatch optimization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Creative and strategic thinker who can evaluate needs of the business and deliver a simple solution
- Robust attention to detail
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Must be flexible and willing to take on a wide variety of challenging tasks
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and encourage collaboration
